How Does the Design Process Work?

Based on the initial vision and ideas you have in mind a preliminary design will be developed and Russell Construction will provide you with a rough cost estimate.
Based upon your feedback the design will be refined and our team will then deliver a detailed calculation of building costs.
At this point the final drawings get developed. This step will provide your final building costs and the necessary documents to submit for the building permits.
This process typically saves months off of the total time for project delivery.
